New and effective vaccines are now available to help prevent two of the biggest killers of children under 5: pneumonia and diarrhoea. With these vaccines we can save 4 million kids' lives in the next 5 years. But we've only got a few weeks to make it happen. Next month world leaders are meeting at the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation pledging conference to decide how much they will support the roll out of these vaccines in developing countries.
